Always be curious and excited about science yourself. You may find one of your students discovers something you didn’t know, about something you thought you did!

Science is amazing. It is the only repeatable and testable method that humans have discovered that works for any topic anywhere in the universe.
What keeps you passionate about sharing science with students?
The beginning of a lesson when they look bored, the middle when they look frustrated – and the end when they look surprised and amazed.
What got you hooked on science?
My biology teacher had a sealed terrarium – a glass jar that had some soil, water and a seed in it. At the end of the year the plant had grown, needing nothing else but sunlight.
I suddenly understood why earth had life.
