About the Author
Judith Drysdale taught for many years at various levels of the primary sector. She was responsible for designing and building an innovative Library Information Centre where rich and exciting inquiry-based learning activities were developed throughout the school. Her interest in health issues led her to research and write her books on healthy eating and living.
